Altering Headlamp alignment to drive in france

I will be driving to the south of france in the summer for my honeymoon and was wondering how the headlight alignment is changed ?? I know in normal halogen style headlamps that a black sticker is applied to mask the dipped beam dazzling other drivers on the continent, but I have Bi-xenon headlamps which I believe need adjusted by a man with a spanner some how ???

The car is a Audi A4 s-line 2007, anyone came across this before ????
