I've been using a company near me called JMC Autoservices for about a year now. Found them when they had a stand at a VW show in Margam Park. They are VW/Audi specialists and seem to know all there is to know about these cars.
I've had my V6 TDi Passat serviced there and the brakes upgraded & fitted with EBC pads. Whilst there I've seen V6 conversions they've done to Mk11 Golfs and upgrades to VW T series vans.
I've also had our works hack - a Skoda Fabia estate - serviced there and everything they've done has been way below dealer prices. A mate has just had his cambelt done on a Bora and another is having his Octavia serviced there. Both think they are great.
If you like good, knowledgeable service and a chat about the merits of your car over a coffee I'd wholeheartedly recommend them. At least I don't have to put up with the 'certainly Sir' ******** from some booking in clerk at the dealer who knows diddly squat about my car.
