The right rear corner of my sunroof is making a horrible ticking or creaking noise over bumpy roads. It is coming from the sunroof tray/cartridge rubbing against the headliner trim in that corner. I inserted a piece of rubber and that got quieted things down but hasn't completely eliminated the problem. I understand the Open Sky sunroof on many A3's misbehave like this too.
Anybody else have the same problem, and is there a permanent solution?
