Engine ticking

Help, my 1.4 tfsi has started ticking when idling. Any suggestions so i dont sound like a real Div when i go in with it.:aargh4:

FSI technology noisy- high pressure injection, does it sound a bit like a diesel?

Not really, ticks when idling quite high pitch.

yes it does tick. Pretty much what the last post suggest. Best thing is to take it into audi and have them look at it. You don't really need them to book an appointment, just ask if there will be a free technician or service staff to have a quick look. (call them before you go though!) If it is the fuel injectors the technician will know straight away.
