Does anyone know how to rest the service indicator for an 05 Passat Sport TDI (old shape)? I have checked the service book etc.. but no luck

Ignition off, Hold the right trip button on the instrument display, Turn ignition on. Should display service now, While still holding the trip button turn the left hand button (clock adjustment) to the minutes side(right). Release everything and turn ignition off. Turn on ignition and voila! should be it anyway. Worked for me on sunday. Cheers

Hey, thank you for that, it worked on my 03 Skoda Octavia! The service indicator was driving me mad, it was only serviced two days ago!
