I recently put together a maintenance report checklist for my Passat TDi which I thought I could share with you. I'm not recommending anything its purely something I've done for my own personal use but it may come in useful for others who do their own services. There are quite a few omissions, namely those which are checked as part of the yearly MOT, but if you have any suggestions or additions from experience or other which you think could be included I would be pleased to hear from you,.
