Question what is the midlands if terms of area - Birmingham Area only, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Rugby across to Worcester???

As I live in Newport Pagnell 50 miles form the London and 70 from Birmingham should I use the South East Section or both!!!

East Anglia section maybe needed ???

Or am I just another Southerner without a clue!!!
