Thought I would see if anyone on here is any good with print macros and word 2003 issues, basically I created a macro in word so that users in my office can select what tray they want to print from, ie tray 1 is plain paper 2 is letter head etc up to tray 4. The macro works fine on the majority of word documents but it fails to work on certain documents which have been created via a letter macro (something I didnt create and was made a long time ago) basically it pulls client information (name, address etc)from a excel spreadsheet and inputs it into a standard letter in word. I am assuming some where in this process there is an issue which is stopping the print macro working correctly as no matter what tray is selected on the macro it always prints to tray 1
Hopefully that makes some form of sense, I cant understand what could be stopping the macro from working on these particular documents, I have tried everything I can think of, any ideas what could be doing this.
