parking sensors

hallo everyone have been missing for some time due to computor problems so i am back veiwing and to ask a question which is on a touareg which i am using for a time the front and rear parking sensors stopped working and all i get now is the two red lights which stay on can they be reset or is it a programing job thanks .

Hi, Just managed to fix my parking sensors, I used a Launch diagnostic tool to read the fault codes and I tracked it down to a Right Front Sensor, I swapped it for the one next to it and the fault moved to Right Front Centre so I bought a new sensor £62 + vat and bingo they all work again, So 1 faulty sensor will shut down the whole system. Get it code read first.
