Hi all,

As some of your know, I'm in the process of ordering an S3 Sportback. One of the options I have chosen is the interior light pack which includes 'illuminated door handles'. Has anyone got this option on thier A3\S3 or other Audi as a matter of fact? I would be very greatful for any pictures taken at night showing this feature of the door trims. I remember a friend of mine having this option on his A8 however I'm not sure if it differs at all on other derivatives of Audis. Pictures of this option would be fantastic if you can help.

Cheers

I'll get you a pic tomorrow night if you don't get one before... :)
Basically the door handles light up red behind them using what I assume are LED's. Looks nice.

you can also set the footwell light for when the car door is open. Which is nice.

I Know this doesn't help as still no pictures for you, but on my A6 Allroad with the light pack, the door handles light, the footwells light on door opening and lights under the doors to light the ground when open, not easy to take a picture of though during this sunshine to see the full effect!!

Thank you Thank you. Having realised how the late the sun goes down (not that I'm complaining) I realised that it would have to be after atleast 10pm to get a picture!! I'd be greatful if you could post tonight or whenever you have time.

Cheers

Sorry dude, totally forgot again. Just got into bed and realised (funny what you think of) - this is the best I could get without any reflections etc, it's subtle but looks good (more red rather than pinky as the picture though) just poor image quality as it's taken in the dark and it was a quick picture... :)
