:zx11: I have just bought a 2006 56 reg Passat TDI 170 driving home the DPF light came on along with the sensor and engine managment light, she went into limp mode does anyone have any idea's why and is this a common problem :zx11::zx11::zx11::zx11::zx11:

You need a fault code read

have you cheaked all of the servos to see if they are all connected??

welcome to the forum matey. Deffo get the codes read as first port of call. Once you get the car all sorted and it's happy again give me a call on 07930410102 and come get some more power or better economy.

Sounds like your DPF needed to regenerate but you didn't allow it (see manual)

Hopefully it is not too blocked to regenerate or you'll be looking at a new DPF ££££££££££!!

If you get some codes i may be able to advise.
