ebay u may find some £54 for full of jamex 40mm.
Car was already lowered when i bought it had a spring snapped so had to replace for MOT.
im not 100% sure but you may have to get new strutts also best to find out.
i have read some reporting clicking and noises coming from them after lowering without replacing stutts also.
easy enough to do if you have access to spring clamps and decent tools.
my mate owns a garage so was easy for me to do/replace.
