feels like turbo lag

My golf plus tdi , there is a slight judder when i put the foot down in 4th or 5 th gear it stutters before the turbo kicks in then its ok , happens all the time any ideas , car drives fine , its only when you suddenly put your foot down its a 2second thing.:aargh4:

This is another common problem with the Touran and Golf Plus models. Mine did it a few times but seemed to fix itself after a while. I believe there may be an ECU update that fixes it, but you would need to check with your dealer.
