Oily substance leak

Hi all, I am a new member and own a VW Boro 1.9 130 ST. I am getting an oily substance leaking from under the front bumper [Driver Side] it seems to be coming from some sort of ducting behind the bumper. has anyone got any idea as to whats causing it, Thanks Chris.

i haven't had a look at mine, but it sounds like the intercooler(aftercooler)
hoses leaking,
very common, but needs urgent attention, either new clamps/seals/and/ or pipes depending on year and type of fastenings.
