Hi there - my first posting! I love my Golf :approve: and have only had a few minor electrical problems and lots of bulbs blowing but now something new!
The clutch pedal suddenly stopped returning (I had to flick it back up). The next day I was unable to get any gears at all. The main dealership (which I was towed to) have replaced the master cylinder - however they say it's still not right and now the slave cylinder needs changing too(£500 please!):zx11: .
Does anyone have any comments? Do you think they just haven't bled it properly? Is the master cylinder and/or slave cylinder a known defect?
