Did my TURBO die?

My car is Audi TT 225 BAM.
Last week I did some VAGCOM block logs and found out that I have huge difference between CPU requested and actual pressure (block 115) especially in low revs (2000-4000).

I have checked pipes, looks fine and today I changed N75 but unfortunately nothing changed.
Below are VAGCOM logs of blocks 115 and 118. N75 is exactly same as before :confused: and pressure as well.
