Brake lights not working!!!

Hi guys!
I`ve got a y reg v6 4mo, and had it m.o.t`d in feb. Now my brake lights are DEAD, all 3 of them.... checked fuse-fine, checked bulbs-fine. could it be the micro switch by the pedal or something worse??? Hope someone can help! Cheers.
