I use a product called "Virisol" its made by Clover Chemical.
Contact them for a supplier in your area.

Meg's wheel brightener (http://www.elitedetailer.com/cgi-bin/hcat_catalogue.cgi?fa=display&id=130&crid=&cmrid=1&cmpid=2)

for getting tough dust off wheels, it's the poodles danglies, trust me.

get some bilberry or similar for routine mainenance, as Meg's WB is quite a strong product to use frequently.

You'll need good old elbow grease no matter what product you use.

You'll do well to seal the wheels too once clean, poorboys wheel sealant is popular and provides good protection, easy to layer too for added durability

Megs WB is good as suggested. I would also get some tar remover - the autoglym one is OK if you put a spray head on the bottle. Also some clay for the stubborn marks!
