Experiencing intermittent loss of power (usually when attempting to pull out on someone!!)

It has been plugged into a friends computer to get the code although I have NO idea what to do to rectify the situ!!

ANY advice would be GREATLY appreciated

Remove, clean and reset the throttle body using a diagnostic computer in Basic Settings 04, Main Group 098.

Remove the cover on the front of the inlet manifold (prise it off carefully) and check if the operating arm or the pull rod has snapped.
