S3 purchase

Hi all. I have owned a variety of cars from the VW/Seat stable, and am now thinking of a 2003 S3 (225). Can anyone please tell me if there are any common problems with this model? Thanks.

Roll bars apparantly, just bought one myself recently and took it for a service. Apparantly they have plastic sleeves which crack so since then Audi have changed them meaning that you don't just replace the sleeves needs to be the whole lot. I have been quoted about £140 + VAT for mine.

Got mine remapped at the same time with a revo chip, makes a big difference and well worth the 400 notes!
