head lights As rare as hens' teeth

so i went and picked up 2 brand new facelift headlights for my a4, only to crash her and reck them both within 3 weeks

so now the car is finally coming back this week and the last thing to get is new head lights. I dont wanna shell out new for them again so am trying to get a set 2nd hand but cant. for some reason no where has them at all

so anyone got a local breakers they wouldn't mind having a call to and see if they got them incl tail lights.

was able to get a set from a fella in england 2nd hand happy days

onyl thing now is a new drive shaft

Would I be right in saying that you can fit the facelift headlights (one piece) to the pre 98 models (two piece) then...?

yea u can indeed. some wire chopping to swap the plugs over and trim a lip off the fender, they fit nice.
