Wing Mirrors

hi does anyone know if the wing mirrors on my 2003 53plate a3 have to be bought as a whole mirror or is the outside just a cover. i have scrapped my passenger side one and was wondering if its a cover i can just replace or if i should just touch it up!!

You can just buy the cover.
Why not look for S3 covers on fleabay....
