Hi guys, I'm new to this so please bear with me! I own a 1999 1.6SE Mk4 Golf, which is developing a few problems. First of all, my front wiper blades just stopped working the other day. After popping the bonnet open, I noticed that what I assume was the power for the blades had disconnected. I plugged it back in, and my wiper blades are now rotating in the wrong direction (ie they are trying to move down then up!) Can anybody shed any light on this please?
Also, my passenger side window keeps going down on it's own, and doesn't neccessarily go straight back up - does anybody know why this would be?
I'm not particularly mechanically minded....so be gentle!!
