First of all hello to everyone not posted much since registering due to the wealth of information just browsing the site and the superb reliability of the missus's A4. However after selling my mx5 a few weeks ago and needing an estate car temporarily i purchased a 100e avant quattro that has now done its job and is surplus to requirements.
The car is red with MOT till march 2010 and TAXED till sept 09
both front wings are in need of attention the drivers side wheelarch and passenger side around side repeater.
The interior is dirty but in reasonably good condition for a 1993 car a good valet would do wonders!
There also seems to be a slight gremlin with the warning system which keeps telling me that a bulb has gone and brake pads are worn despite the fact that all bulbs are fine and i'm not aware of any brake problems. The only other niggle that i'm aware of is the exhaust may need attention as it sounds rough when cold but is fine once warmed up.
Thats the niggles out the way so good points are

2 NEW FRONT TYRES
BOSAL DETACHABLE TOWBAR
ENGINE RUNS GREAT AND STARTS FIRST TIME SURPRISINGLY ECONOMICAL TOO.
EVERYTHING IN GOOD WORKING ORDER, windows, central locking, sunroof etc.
