Pin Wrench for Timing Belt Change

I am about to change the cam belt on my 1.9TDI passat with the AVB engine. I have read that I need a pin wrench tool 3387 to turn the tensioner / eccentric. Does anybody know where I can buy one from for this weekend or can I make do with something else or make one myself.

I've seen them hanging on the wall of most auto factors and German and Swedish, so they're pretty common, They're less than £10 I think.
