Does the silver stitching wear well with age/mileage or is it better to opt for black?

This was my worry - especially with kids!

Had mine now for 4 months (5k miles) and am really glad i went for it, gives the interior a much better appearance imo. Not faded or worn off.

I was in two minds about it and then I found that you can't have it with full leather.

At least that was one decision I didn't have to make.

I've done 30,000 miles in mine and it still looks like new. It ties the whole interior together - silver stitch, silver dash / door trims, silver speaker trims on the B&O speakers....... As a no cost option worth having I'd say......

7 months and 7,000 miles later mine is still as good as new.

Having seen silver stitching I think it makes the interior look good. I went for the all black combo tho, including inlays.

I had a fear that the silver stitching might go abit grey on the seat and wheel with general wear and tear with kids.

It is shiny material tho so probably wipes clean easily.

My silver stitching still looks great after 8 months and approx. 6,000 miles, even with two under-three's in the car!!
I'd definitely recommend it as it sets-off the rest of the silver-coloured interior trim very nicely.
