:( I just can´t remember how to reset the OIL SERVICE sign that appears on the odometer screen of my cordoba. Anybody out there with some suggestion besides going to dealer and get ripped off?

Yes, unless I have missed something POST YOUR MODEL/YEAR - we can't guess! If you do, I can post you the procedure.

Well, it's really a 2007 vw derby here in Mexico. However, the body and drive train belong to the previous generation of the cordoba in the European market (2000-2002 models)and it's got the traditional over 30-year-old 1.8 petrol engine. So any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Ignition off
Press trip reset button and hold it down
Turn ignition on
While still holding the trip button down turn it clockwise
Release button
Turn ignition off

Turn ignition on to test, all reset now.

This is for the 1999-2002 UK Cordoba.
