1990 100 Avant QT

Hi everyone, new to the forum and thought i'd post some pics of my car as an introduction,

it's a 1990 100 avant 2.2 QT, MC10v engine with full custom stainless exhaust,

i've got a set of smoked rear lights coming from Custom Auto Craft and a set of 17" old style RS4 wheels ordered too, i've got the car booked in for a new ECU and intend on a few more engine mods as i've just recently spent a fortune replacing lots of mechanials, including the power steering pump, both clutch Cylinders, cv joints, front wheels bearings, rear discs and pads, new isv and a few more bits and bobs, so i can now concentrate on getting some power gain,

Thanks for posting the pictures. I personally was really interseted to see them because I also have 100 Quattro Turbo Avant, 1990 - H, Largo Blue with about 145,000 on the clock. Sorry I don't have any photos to hand. I will try to get some sorted out. Had it for 3 years and 40,000 miles so far as my main car. Has 17 inch wheels & 200 back-pannel (Not my choice but I'm used to them now) and I have had fitted Koni dampers - otherwise I think it is factory standard. Its done timed standing 1/4mile in 16 secs (& 0-60 = 8sec without trying to wreck the clutch & gearbox, so performance is pretty much what Audi claim). Usually get 25 to 27mpg - again in line with the book figures.

I think they are great and I'm totally hooked with the quattro.

Please let me know how you get on with any power or suspension upgrades.

thatnks for taking an interest Woosnam, we've ran C3's for years and it took me a long long time to find this one,

as far as i'm aware, there is only 5 of these models left in the UK in avant format, as the 2.2 Quattro Turbo was a rare car here, so it's good to hear of another still being card for and used as a daily,

i'll keep you posted on the engine mods,
