intercooler pipe

hi, is it normal for the s shaped 2.5 inch diameter pipe on the drivers side under the undertray coming off the intercooler to have oiley residue on the outside off the pipe, or is this a sign of a air leek. thanks in advance for any help:beerchug:

I think it's common. It's condensate from the EGR system.
