pd115 over reving when cold.

Hi.
I start having this problem a few weeks ago.
When i turn the car on the revs goes up to 1.5k revs like someone has the foot down on the gas., and then when idle it stays at around 1080 revs.
It goes down a bit after 20-30mins drive. Before it used to stay at 970 like all the tdi`s do.
Any idea whats causing it please.

faulty cts ? a scan for fault codes may help, and look at live data and see what the cts is reading.

I have scaned it with vag-com and nothing came up.

Go into measuring blocks and check the throttle pedal position reading, it should be zero. The pedal units stick open at about 5%.
