VAGCOM in Leicestershire/Loughborough?

Wondered if anyone near me has Vagcom as I would like to activate the auto door locking when you set off and also the unlocking feature that opens drivers door with one press and the rest with 2 presses. Not sure how difficult this is to do? I have a 2004 A3 2.0tdi sport 3dr if it makes any difference.
