Starting problems on Octavia MkII 1.9tdi

Hi , just bought Octavia 1.9 tdi 105bhp 2005. Running well generally, but odd starting problems. Sometimes starts on the button, sometimes after spinning 5 or 6 seconds, sometimes not turning over!

Battery tested with load tester and is 100%.

Any ideas please?
