Trying to find an old thread

Ages ago someone posted a link to a thread on another board in the US where someone had proposed putting all of the exhuast gases back into the turbo intake to recycle the air. Needless to say, the bloke got throughly ripped into.

I've had a look for the thread but can't find it, does anyone else remember it?
