little leak

Hi guys ive just bought a escort gti for fishing (so i dont wreck my tdi golf)i was warming it up to change oil etc to find a small leak dripping from cambelt area, is this likely to be a leaking water pump it also spits up little coolant.if it is the waterpump anyone have idea of labour to change the thing.mileage is on 81k but i aint got service history for any belt changes etc
