Power to diagnostic port

I have a Passat 130TDI Highline. Recently serviced the car. Last time I serviced the car I used a fault code reader / diagnostic tool to reset the oil service life. It worked. However, there is no power to the diagnostic port so the reader wont work...so the service indicator is still on.
Does anyone know where the fuse for the port might be?
My local (friendly) VW specialist has confirmed the lack of power but wasn't too sure about reason, fuses and/or relays.
Any help / guidance would be gratefully received.

I'm pretty sure it's got it's own fuse, check the fuse boxes. If I remember which one it is I'll let you know.
Try fuse 12 in left hand fuse panel.

Fuse 12 looked fine but replaced it anyway. Power restored! I'm very grateful for your help. Thanks!
