Hi,

This is my first post and I would be grateful for some advice. I've just bought a Golf Mk3 1997 cabriolet in Silver, it's completely standard and has standard alloys on it. I'm looking to buy some new shoes for the car but I don't have a clue what will fit her best. I originally went looking for 17" but was informed it might be a bit of a squeeze, so I've elected to go for 16" RS4 style alloys as I thought this would be the easiest and more hassle free (see ebay link below). So the question is, are 16" alloys going to fill my arches or should I go for 17"? The tyres I've been looking at are 205-45-16's. I don't want to mess with my suspension or arches, I just want some new shoes. If anybody has any pics of there mk3 with 16" or 17" (preferably RS4) alloys on that would also be great, .

Thanks
