;)

Hello could anyone tell me where i can buy the rear abs rings that go into the rear discs. My local supplier sold me the dics but the old rings look well rusted into the old discs. Not sure how easy it is to get them out.

www.brakeparts.co.uk - I picked up a pair of discs with the rings pre-fitted for 60quid - not bad considering it can be a pig trying to get the old ones off, if they survive. Still need to swap the bearing races though...

This is how I swapped mine over.

Put the old disks in the freezer then use a small butane torch to heat up the rings evenly. Turn the rotor upside down then carefully tap them off by using a screwdriver through the wheel stud holes with a hammer.
Freeze the new discs and heat the rings for an easy pop on.

Hi i bought my replacement rings from German Swedish French (GSF) car parts at £10 each watch out they are like a cast iron material and could be easily cracked i heated mine in the oven and them just slid then into place

I just tapped mine off with a hammer and screwdriver - job done!
