can anyone tell me why there is air in the fuel pipe going to the injector pump Ihave changed the fuel filter,vacume pipes don,t know what to do next

somewhere between the tank and the clear pipe where you see the bubbles there will be an air leak. i would start by removing the clips on the fuel filter and replacing them with proper fuel pipe clips that can be tightened. you can also remove the pipe and use a dab of vaseline to create a seal. if this fails, then you will have to work back checking all connections and giving them the same treatment. it could also be a pipe that has gone porous and would need to be replaced.

After i got a diagnostic check done the problem was in the BOOST PRESSURE CONTROL it was below control limit

Code 17964 is a vacuum leak, air in the fuel lines is completely normal.
