Hi,
My first post here so please be gentle!
Have a problem with a 1.8T A3. The engine is hunting for revs and the brake pedal is rock solid. Its been to Audi and they want to replace the throttle pot at a cost of £440 but I cant help but wonder if this is going to solve the problem.
Am thinking along the lines of a gasket failure somewhere between the throttle body and cylinder head allowing air ingress thats not being measured by the maf.
Anyone got any other ideas or had similar problems?
Cheers :beerchug:
