Electric folding mirrors (retrofit)

hi.
can someone please help with vag coding for setting up electric folding mirrors on an 2009 a3 sportback.i have had these retrofitted(original audi parts)but the supplier is having difficulty in coding (which modules)etc.i have vag com so could possibly do it myself with the nessesary info.

If the two front door control modules dont support folding mirrors then you'll never get them working.

Check the part no. of the 2 front door control modules to see if the support that option.

door modules would appear ok and have been recoded to 4788.however this on its own does not activate the folding mechanisum.
