View Full Version : Will 18" TT wheels fit a 2003 Beetle?

Hi,

My mate has just upgraded his 18" alloys to 20" on his TT and has offered me the old 18" alloys with tyres for my wife's 2003 1600 Beetle.

Do you know if these will fit straight on or will I need some modding to make them fit?

Which year TT? What is the part number on the wheel? It sounds to me as though his is a series 2 TT.

Mk1 TT wheels are 100x5 PCD, not sure what the beetle is !

The TT wheels are 8x18 ET33 with a 5x100 PCD which is the same as the Beetle but with a 7.5x18 a Beetle should have an offset of ET38 so with a 225/40 18 tyre I think they will stick out too far.
