Newbie A4 Cab Owner

Hi Guys,

Am shortly going to be joining the list of Audi A4 Cab owners and have a really easy question.

The car is advertised as having the BOSE sound system. Sure enough on the test drive I saw the BOSE labels on the front speakers.

My question is what does this setup include?

Number of speakers?
Amplified?
Sub?

Is there a standard BOSE setup or is there a number of BOSE options.

Its a 2003 model and HU appears to be a single CD player.

The BOSE system incorporates upgraded speakers higher output amplifier and a sub not to sure on the exact numbers tho. There was only one BOSE option. HTH

Hi thanks for the info. I have to admit i didnt notice an amp or sub in the boot during the quick look in to check the space :confused:

The electronics in the boot are all neatly hidden away in side compartments.

I've got audi symphony BOSE system 12 CD changer 6 in main console + 6 in glove box all factory fitted I think sub is located behind rear headrests + 4 speakers in doors ( 2 front 2 back ) + 2 high tone speakers ( front doors) It's very good audio and very rare I woul like to have the same in my next car
