Auxillary Electric Supply

Does anybody know whether it is possible to alter the cigar lighters/auxillary supplies to run off the ignition? I have nearly flattened the battery on two occasions when I forgot to physically unplug a phone charger.

you need a 15 supply,from the fuse boards located at both ends of the dash
