Passat 1998

i have a passat 1998 1.6. i changed the automatic gearbox which belonges to passat 1998 1.8. and after this i found hard shifting between the second and the third gear.

i need help to solve this proplem
PS: engine code is 4030 is this coding right ???
if anyone have this type ( passat 1998 ) i hope he could give me the engine control code with cruise control.

check the ross tech wiki for the coding,but if you have changed the box you will need to reinstall the basic settings into the box before you damage the box

i checked the ross tech wiki and no coding for that ecu. thanx 4 your help
