hey all,,,

well i own a 1997 toledo 2.0 cc engine and recently the car has a problem reaching 7000 rpm...i've went to plenty of mechanics and specialized in seat cars...some said that its the air mass...but the air mass is running perfectly :|
others said that its the fuel pump...last week i've replaced it with another original one...and still the car stops at 5000 rpm and break down in speed...like im pulling off the gas paddle :s :s

please help me i cant reach the top speed of the car :( i want my monster back to life :'( :(

i had this fault with a 1.6 and it was the distributor

thanks a lottt buddy :D i'll buy a new one tomorrow :D btw i wana know if i can replace the engine into bigger one ..so would that effect on other electronic sensors and boards?
