Firstly an apology for only posting requests for help...lame I know but cars not my speciality!
Our new (ahem..1998) Alhambra 1.9 diesel seems to have no guts, even at high revs its like an old enfield 350! As I bought it with 100,000 on the clock maybe I shouldn't expect more!?
I was advised by a mechanic to test and perhaps change the mass air meter, not being entirely sure what this is or where to find it I have removed connector from what looks like the air intake before the carb.. bunch of cables to it. This has made no difference to the power at all..does this mean it is duff, or that I'm duff and disconnected the wrong bit?
Any help appreciated and willing to swap expertise in my field or buy the beers if you are in Mid Wales! :beerchug:
