Engine not turning off as smoothly as before

Hello
I have a passat tdi 130 bhp 6 speed manual on a 51 plate with 118k on it.
I have noticed today that when I turn the engine off the car shakes slightly, rought shut down.
Previously the engine would shut off very smoothly with no shakes etc but now for a split second the car just shakes slighly as if it hasnt told it self fully to shut down or extra air is still going into the engine.

Can someone advise on what it might be?

The first thing i would do would be to check the vac pipe to the shut off valve.

The valve is located on the inlet manifold next to the EGR valve.

you could have a look at the engine mounts my tdi used to shake the car on shut down im sure it was about the same milage to
