remote central locking

Hi folk's, first time caller to the station!! anyway changed my rear tail bulb today, Mk4 golf tdi ,on pushing the bulbs back into position i heard a clunk like the central locking had operated, now i can only open the doors with a key, remote is dead, never come across this particular problem before (this is my 7th golf) :beerchug:

check fuse 14
and check wiring down n/s where dash bolts to crossmember wiring loom gets trapped

Thank's, had checked fuses but on your advice rechecked 14, it looked okay but replaced it anyway, everything working a treat, Phew!!!! i have windows again (i like curry) I thank you all again.:biglaugh:
