Audi Parking System fault

I've just picked up a 55 plate A8 3.0TDi and have found that the Audi Parking System is not working. There is some beeping going on, but no graphic display (yes it is fitted as an option) Fortunately I didn't trust the system as I reversed parked up to a wall........

This may be linked.......the centre dash illumination lights don't work, which include the air vent dials, the credit card tray, the Audi Park button and the illumination around the headlight toggle.

Does anybody have any ideas as to what could be causing this?

If it's just a fuse....then why has it blown?

Sorted, transpires it was a front sensor out, which knocks the whole system out.

The interior dashboard switch lights are still out, so not connected. Believe this to be a switch in the system somewhere, which I will endeavour to get identified and replaced.
