New member with few Q's

Hello there i have just got a audi a4 tdi se multronic 1.9 130 with 100k on the clock, and have a few Q's. First question when i start it up from cold its starts fine no knocks or rattles but whens its warm it has a slight knock/rattle on start up only, And its fine when it ticks over. Thanks Jamie

:biglaugh: mine is the opposite. Some knocks for a few seconds then ok. What oil are you using? 0w30, 5w30 or 5w40. That said I can't see how it would make that much difference when hot.

Mine can do both - what was that about German consistency ;-)
